Heartfelt Creations Inspiration Wednesday

Hi bloggers, back to the business of Christmas in July! I have a card today using the beautiful Sparkling Poinsettia Candle cling stamp from Heartfelt Creations. This set also includes the buckle stamp I have used on my card and a 'Tidings of comfort & joy" sentiment. The flower is made from the Sparkling Poinsettia cling stamp and cut out with the matching die.  I have colored my card and Poinsettias with my Copic markers and you will find the complete instructions for this card and Copic colors on the Heartfelt Creations Blog. There are some beautiful projects to look at from my teammates and possibly some inspiration! Did I mention there are only 22 weeks left until Christmas? Bad me!

Here's a close-up of this gorgeous stamp.

Thanks for joining me today, and come back soon.
Hugs, Maureen

Heartfelt Creations New Peacock Paisley Die

Hi bloggers. We have a great surprise for you today. Heartfelt Creations has added a new die set to use with the Peacock Paisley Collection. This die has three pieces, two to cut out the Feathery Peacock stamp set along with the feather, and one die to cut out the Peacock Swirls stamp set. For those of you who requested these dies,  I'm telling you HC heard you!
I had a boatload of fun with this die. No more fussy cutting those Peacocks! I have two cards to show you today, one using the Peacock Feather stamp and coordinating feather and the other is showcasing the Peacock Swirls stamp and feather. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did making them.
Here's a close-up of the Peacock to show how beautifully this die cut all the fine detail of the stamps.
Here's my second card, in the blue and green tones of natural Peacocks, with a lime twist!
Thanks so much for stopping in today and letting me share this exciting new die set with you. Make sure to stop in and check out the Heartfelt Creations Blog for complete instructions for these cards and tons more inspiration!
Hugs, Maureen

Heartfelt Creations Inspiration Wednesday

Hi bloggers. Time for some Heartfelt Creations Christmas inspiration in July. I have a decorative project today. I saw a tutorial a while back and thought I would give it a try. I like it! It's just a little something to stand on a corner table, sit behind a low centerpiece or candle, just something pretty to look at. This piece showcases the Sparkling Poinsettia Paper Collection and how versatile it can be. I've added some filigree from the Timeless Amour die and used the Sparkling Poinsettia Stamp and matching Die to add 3-D flowers to my little screen.
To find the complete instructions for this project and tons more Christmas inspiration to get your juices flowing for a jump start on those Christmas cards and projects, visit the HC Blog!
Thanks for joining me today and come back soon.

Heartfelt Creations Sparkling Poinsettia Release

Merry Christmas everybody, happy holidays and seasons cheer!! Well not quite since it's been in the 80's the last couple days here which in my neck of the woods isn't anywhere close to winter. But I must say, there is no time like the present to get an early jump on our Christmas card making, right?  This Heartfelt Creations release Sparkling Poinsettia, is based in the  time honored traditional Christmas colors of red and green, my favorite I might add.  This release also has a pair of poinsettia dies and matching stamps that are absolutely stunning!  The ruffled edge of the petal dies are so unique and the veins in the stamps  make them like no other out there on the market today. The large Poinsettia die also has three holly leaves to accent your shaped flowers. My two cards today are complete opposites of each other, so as to show you that you can adapt this collection to any style or preference. My first card is a 6" X 6" and sort of "rustic vintage", if there is such a thing :-) using traditional colors with a touch of natural. I am also using one of the beautifully scripted sentiment pieces from the paper collection for the inside of my card.

My second card is a 5" X 7" piece made entirely of white and silver. The poinsettias on this card are  made from Vellum which I think are so elegant looking.
The complete detailed instructions for both my cards can be found on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, along with tons of Christmas inspiration flowing from my teammates, so be sure to go and check it out!
Thanks for joining me today and come back soon.
Hugs, Maureen

P.S. The weekly Wednesday post on the 22nd., we will be showcasing an addition to our super popular March "Peacock Paisley" release consisting of dies to cut the feather and Peacock stamps so you won't want to miss it!

Heartfelt Happy 4th of July

Hi Bloggers. Hope you're all looking forward to a three or four day holiday!  Don't you just love the way we celebrate our country's Independence?  Red, white, & blue, fireworks, cookouts, to me it's the best time ever!!
My card today reflects this day coming up on Friday. I used the Heartfelt Creations Blazing Poppy collection for my card, with a touch of  the butterflies found in the Butterfly Medley release, with letters from the Once Upon A Time paper pad.
I hope you have a great time this coming weekend, no matter what you're doing.
You can find complete directions for my card along with some awesome examples or inspiration from my teammates on the Heartfelt Creations Blog.
thanks for joing me today and come back again.
Hugs, Maureen
